The Assistant Site Manager is responsible for assisting in the management of several jobsites in a designated region. This position also provides administrative and organizational support to the Field Coordination team.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities |
Primary Functions · Assist in the tracking of multiple jobsites in the selected region. · Assist the Site Manager on single family, multi-family, and apartment projects. · Typically reports to a Regional Manager or Site Manager
Day to day Responsibilities · Walk and inspect units. · Inspect for quality and completeness. · Place parts orders · Assist in providing weekly schedules for service and installation. · Fill out lot tracker, order parts, complete inspections. · Oversee installation, QC & D-tag activities. · Maintain open and clear written, verbal, and electronic communication with Regional Manager, field coordinators, site superintendents, team members and appropriate office personnel. · Other duties as assigned.
