They also provide onsite services to customers such as maintenance, operations, technical assistance, and first article production.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

They are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to assist clients in the effective use of machinery for production purposes:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for machinery-related issues,
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize workflow and output,
• Conduct training sessions for clients on machinery operation and maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of five years of facilities/machine maintenance experience.
• Possess an associate degree or similar level.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
• Must have a good understanding of electrical systems to include 480 volt and below including various control voltage.
• Must be self-sufficient - able to work under minimal supervision, fast-thinking and pro-active.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean criminal record.
• Nice to have:
• Knowledge of hydraulic system component diagnostics, repair and failure analysis of valves, stacks, pistons, and rams in excess of 5000 PSI operating pressure.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and quality.
