Field Service Director manages field service personnel to provide effective on-site support and technical assistance with various products or equipment. Plans and oversees installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of products/equipment to ensure proper function and maximize uptime. Being a Field Service Director oversees the scheduling and training of field service representatives. Handles service contracts and directs support services. Additionally, Field Service Director develops methods, guidelines, and policies to facilitate efficient service delivery. Reviews service reports to monitor service performance and enhance customer satisfaction. Ensures all customer issues are satisfactorily resolved, utilizing engineering, manufacturing, and other teams as needed. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Field Service Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist blaster in charge with wiring of shot.
2. Loads holes using blend truck and blend truck pumps and equipment.
3. Checks trucks for any needed maintenance.
4. Performs minor routine maintenance on truck and equipment.
5. Loads trucks with product.
6. Prepares holes to receive product.
7. Operates Bobcat stemming holes .
8. Performs all duties in a safe manner, being responsible for the safety of yourself and the employees around you.
9. Performs other duties as deemed necessary by the Company.
Operates following equipment:
1. Blend trucks
2. Bobcat
Minimum Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma (or equivalent)
2. Valid driver's license
