Field Service Coordinator supervises, coordinates, and monitors day-to-day operations of oil, gas, or mining machines and equipment on designated sites. Provides support and guidance to service personnel who set up and operate a variety of oil, gas, or mining machines and equipment. Being a Field Service Coordinator ensures operations comply with all regulatory policies and procedures. Schedules routine maintenance on equipment to ensure uptime and adequate performance. Additionally, Field Service Coordinator implements process improvements to enhance field services and meet field requirements on time and within the contracted budget. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Field Service Coordinator supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Field Service Coordinator typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. BASIC REQUIREMENT(S): Education: A graduate or higher level degree, bachelor's degree, associate degree, or diploma from an accredited professional nursing educational program is required.
This education must have been accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs, Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education, or an accrediting body recognized by the U.S.
Department of Education at the time the degree was obtained.In addition, they must possess a current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a professional nurse from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
The work experience must have equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.
At the GS-9 and above, many positions may require experience in a specialty area of nursing. GS-10Applicants must meet the following requirement: Possession of a diploma, associate degree or bachelor's degree in Nursing from a professional nursing program and at least one (1) full year of professional nursing experience (equivalent to the GS-9 grade level): Management of nursing care in outpatient primary care environments and/or case management, emphasizing interdisciplinary collaborative processes to assess, advocate, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor and evaluate health care options and services which are consistent with patient-centered medical home principles.
Experience in coordination of patient care and resources for a caseload of patients across the continuum of care and through care transitions; Able to provide patient and family education pertinent to a wide range of conditions and health factors.
GS-11Applications must meet one of the following requirements: Possession of a diploma, associate degree, bachelor's degree, or master's degree from a professional nursing educational program and at least one (1) full year of professional nursing experience (equivalent to the GS-9 or above): Care Management involving patient assessment, initiating, and maintaining individual multidisciplinary plan of care involving patients and their families to give optimal care.
Ability to make decisions and implement them in complex health care situations.OR Successfully completed a PhD or equivalent doctoral degree from a professional nursing educational program or related medical science field.
