RE/MAX Ikon is a leading real estate company, dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients. We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Field Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical to our mission of providing exceptional yard sign installations and maintaining our clients' brand image.

Job Summary:

As a Field Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for installing yard signs for real estate properties, ensuring they are securely and professionally displayed. This role requires physical strength, reliability, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. In addition to sign installation, you will also be expected to run errands and perform light maintenance work when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Yard Sign Installation:

• Safely and professionally install yard signs that weigh up to 50 pounds, ensuring they are secure and visually appealing.
• Dig holes approximately 2 feet deep to accommodate sign posts in various types of soil and weather conditions.

Errand Running:

• Run errands to pick up and deliver signage materials and supplies as needed.
• Assist with any other tasks related to sign installation and maintenance.
• Inspect properties that are under renovation or repairs
• Inspect properties for occupancy
• Meet & Assist Property Manager with evictions
• Post notices of default
• File notices of default at the courthouse

Maintenance Work (Capability a Plus):

• Perform light maintenance tasks, such as sign post repairs, cleaning, and touch-ups to ensure sign displays remain in excellent condition.

Driving and Scheduling:

• Maintain a clean driving record and use company vehicles to transport materials and tools to work sites.
• Adhere to a flexible work schedule, typically weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm, with the possibility of occasional weekend work.

Professionalism:

• Represent our company professionally, being courteous and trustworthy when interacting with clients and the public.
• Communicate effectively with the team and clients regarding scheduling and any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

• Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy sign posts and perform digging in various weather conditions.
• A clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Flexibility in work hours and the ability to adapt to changing schedules.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Trustworthiness and dependability, as clients rely on timely sign installations.
• Capability to perform light maintenance work is a plus but not required.
