Field Service Coordinator supervises, coordinates, and monitors day-to-day operations of oil, gas, or mining machines and equipment on designated sites. Provides support and guidance to service personnel who set up and operate a variety of oil, gas, or mining machines and equipment. Being a Field Service Coordinator ensures operations comply with all regulatory policies and procedures. Schedules routine maintenance on equipment to ensure uptime and adequate performance. Additionally, Field Service Coordinator implements process improvements to enhance field services and meet field requirements on time and within the contracted budget. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a manager. Essential Functions and Duties:
· Develops, implements, and monitors resident programs.
· Coordinates activities relative to residents' treatment goals.
· Must have knowledge of mental health, behavioral health, and substance use disorders with youth, in addition to implementing crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
· Provides status updates to members of the Treatment Team.
· Administers Crisis Intervention Techniques in emergencies.
· Demonstrates a broad knowledge of licensure and ensures site compliance.
· Ensures financial and physical resources are available in an adequate supply.
· Completion of Plan of corrections and Contractor audits, as needed.
· Manage administrative and programmatic aspects of the program, including budgeting, reporting, chart reviews, and liaison with Managed Care Organizations
· Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the program
· Oversee ongoing quality management activities and integrate quality improvement into daily program operations
· Collaborate with health care providers (Primary care physician, Mental health workers, Nurses, MCO, Care Coordinators, etc) to ensure the continuum of care for all service recipients
· Arrange for in-service training for PRTF staff.
· Communicate with community staff and partners of organizations regularly and concisely to promote the program

Required Education and Experience:
Must have one of the following
Bachleor’s Degree in human services or closely related field with 1 year of experience
Associate Degree in human services or closely related field with 2 years of experience
