Field Engineer - Construction jobs in New Bedford, MA

Couto Construction is looking for a full-time ONSITE PROJECT CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR to join our team in the New Bedford, MA. We’re growing constantly, and in this key role you’d be responsible for the installation of all the company's jobs according to quality standards, job specifications, and safety regulations. We’re looking for a highly motivated, responsible individual with a positive attitude.

This person will:

· Report daily to the Home Office in New Bedford

· Manage installation crew’s onsite

· Spot check crews at job sites for quality and safety training purposes

· Provide hands-on leadership and training to our production employees

The ideal candidate will have:

· Experience in Construction Management

· Proficient computer skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Drivers license

· Ability to lift 50 lbs

· The proven ability to motivate, guide and direct a team to reach and even exceed business goals.

· 2 years of experience as a foreman in the construction, renovation, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience to illustrate a proven track record in construction management.
