Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Execute IT audits and the independent evaluation of the IT control environment including the security, reliability and integrity of information systems, and compliance with IT policies and standard practices and the annual internal audit plan
Assist with planning the annual audit plan using SBP's risk-based methodology, develop testing programs, perform audit test work, and supervise other team members, when necessary.
Identify trends and root causes of IT audit observations, making recommendations for control or process improvements
Effectively communicate results and observations providing clear, concise workpapers that facilitate review and allow for re-performance of testing for IT audits and opportunities for improvement to management.
Establish and maintain excellent relationships across multiple departments including IT, Internal Audit, SOX teams and external audit groups by demonstrating knowledge of IT risks and processes.
Perform Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Section 404 Internal Control Assessments, focusing on ITGCs. This includes process documentation, identification and testing of key controls over financial reporting, determination and remediation of weaknesses, external auditor coordination, and all appropriate communication.
Perform special projects as directed by Internal Audit Management. Such projects could include compliance reviews, analysis of accounting records, analysis of business processes, examination of supplementary information, interviews with associates and management, preparation of special reports, and assistance with investigations.

Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information systems, or related field or equivalent work experience.
2 years of internal audit, SOX and/or public accounting experience.
Understanding of IT General Controls, SOC1/2's, Segregation of Duties, cyber security, and data privacy.
Knowledge of audit principles and theory, sampling, testing and documentation techniques.
Intellectual curiosity and analytical mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
IT operational experience, particularly in IT risk compliance and governance.
Experience with Audit Board or other SOX compliance information repository.
Active Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or willingness to attain.
Experience with common operating systems, database management systems, virtualization technologies, SAP, enterprise applications, SaaS and PaaS systems, automation (including RPA), data governance over BI & analytics, and information security tools; NIST and COBIT framework
