Field inspector needed to do mortgage and insurance inspections in Kansas City, MO and surrounding areas. Must have open, full time availability. Field inspectors verify the occupancy status of properties for mortgage companies and take photos to show the overall condition. Inspections include insurance surveys, occupancy verification, contacts with door hangers, insurance losses, and vacant interior and exteriors. All inspections must be completed on site via an app for Android or iPhone.
Inspectors must have a valid drivers license, current auto insurance, GPS, and routing software to optimize 50 addresses.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position and inspectors are responsible for their own costs. This is a high volume area, work is assigned daily. This is not a night or weekend only job, must have flexible availability. Inspectors must be reliable and able to work independently and efficiency to meet strict due dates.
