Job title: Facilities Field Auditor

Reports to: Facilities Manager
Position summary: The Facilities Field Auditor will work closely with the Facilities Technicians, Facilities Manager, and the Facilities Administrator to ensure all Family Express locations have the inventory and store assets needed to perform preventative maintenance and future repairs. The Facilities Field Auditor will also ensure work orders are properly submitted and closed for all locations.

To be an ambassador of our “Living Brand” by building relationships with our customers.
Role Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Competent computer skills to effectively perform the position
- Prior experience with preventative maintenance and repairs
- Prior experience with ticketing systems for service calls
- Must be able to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Must have dependable transportation
- Must be able to travel daily between all Family Express locations or other non-Family Express locations when necessary
- Excellent Driving Record
Position Responsibilities:
- Promote safety, identify risk situations and behavior and take appropriate action
- Assists the Facilities Technicians with site inspections
- Responsible for delivering parts to Family Express locations to properly perform preventative maintenance and repairs
- Assists the Facilities team with proper inventory of store assets in Service Channel
- Assists the Facilities team by submitting work orders for Family Express locations when necessary
- Be always equipped with appropriate PPE.
- Keep management informed of task accomplishment, issues, and status
- Facilitate problem solving and collaboration at all levels
- Maintain a positive attitude and create an atmosphere of teamwork at the store level
- Safeguard company assets

- Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand for prolonged periods; work longer than eight (8) hour shifts, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch; talk and hear; taste and smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
- Work Environment: Must have flexibility to work all shifts, all days of the week, when necessary. Ability to tolerate extreme temperatures for minimum of 30-minute intervals. Exposure to cleaning solvents.
