Responsibilities: - Take customer orders and prepare food items according to company standards - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking their orders, and addressing any questions or concerns - Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas - Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and cooking basic menu items - Bus tables and clean dining areas as needed Qualifications: - Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment is preferred but not required - Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating change - Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and coworkers effectively - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload - Knowledge of food safety regulations and willingness to follow proper sanitation procedures Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
