Fast Food Shift Supervisor jobs in North Dakota
Fast Food Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising food preparation and restaurant operations during assigned shifts. Schedules employees based on anticipated staffing needs, and ensures workers are trained in proper food handling practices, safety, and cash handling procedures. Being a Fast Food Shift Supervisor addresses customer complaints and prepares documentation for cash and inventory reporting. Assists team members during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency. Additionally, Fast Food Shift Supervisor may be responsible for restaurant opening and/or closing. May require a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Description
POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the 2nd shift Production team, operating a pneumatic air system, augers, autoclave, and bagging equipment to produce products specified on production schedules. This position reports to the MRP Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Work following all company policies and GMPs
- Understand and execute food safety and HACCP practices and protocols
- Understand standard operating procedures.
- Run equipment on the MRP (micro-reduction process/grain pasteurization) production line.
- Complete production paperwork
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Clean/sanitize equipment.
- Operate forklift.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
QUALITIES PREFERED:

- Team oriented.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to make decisions.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Repeatedly lift and/or carry 50 lbs.
- Constantly stand, bend, and twist for a 10-hour shift
- Constantly push and/or pull
- Continuously use fine dexterity and/or forceful grasping
- Occasionally crawl, kneel, and/or squat
