- Manage all aspects of the fast food restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Ensure efficient and smooth daily operations, including food production, inventory control, and cleanliness
- Supervise and train staff members on proper food handling procedures, customer service, and safety protocols
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee schedules
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
