Assists with sales, store appearance, customer service, inventory, and management of employees, within established guidelines. Leads and directs store employees and supervises their performance, especially I n the absence of the store manager. Takes initiative to improve customer service, drive store sales, and meet or exceed store goals/profitability. Maintains store appearance and product presentation to company standards.
