Fast Food Assistant Manager assists in the management of operations at a fast food restaurant. Oversees staffing, customer service, inventory control, cash reporting, employee training, and safety. Being a Fast Food Assistant Manager monitors product inventory levels, prepares forecasts, and orders ingredients and supplies as needed. Ensures compliance with food industry regulatory guidelines and company product quality standards. Additionally, Fast Food Assistant Manager may recruit and train restaurant employees.
