Fast Food Assistant Manager assists in the management of operations at a fast food restaurant. Oversees staffing, customer service, inventory control, cash reporting, employee training, and safety. Being a Fast Food Assistant Manager monitors product inventory levels, prepares forecasts, and orders ingredients and supplies as needed. Ensures compliance with food industry regulatory guidelines and company product quality standards. Additionally, Fast Food Assistant Manager may recruit and train restaurant employees. Handles escalated customer complaints. May require a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Fast Food Assistant Manager supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Fast Food Assistant Manager typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     In this role as Kitchen Manager, you are responsible for food production and operating the Back-of-the-House using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures and company systems to ensure that the standards for quality food, recipes, and cleanliness are achieved for our guests. As a member of the restaurant operations management team, you are also responsible for the restaurant’s overall operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor in absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager.
    Requirements:
    • Strong, stable work history along with management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant.
    • Education and training normally associated with college coursework in business or hospitality.
    • Successful completion Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.
    • Position requires a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
