Being a Fashion Designer presents design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders. Effectively communicates design details to the product development and production teams. Additionally, Fashion Designer determines final style, material, and color based on input from sales/marketing, merchandising, development, and manufacturing teams. Ensures fashion designs meet high-quality standards and adhere to approved guidelines. Keeps abreast of consumer needs and trends. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in apparel/fashion design or related field. Typically reports to a manager. The Fashion Designer work is closely managed. This role will work with various business leaders to determine training needs and gaps, then create training courses that will help employees achieve their career goals - all while achieving organizational goals. This position will be responsible for utilizing multiple delivery techniques, such as in-person facilitation, video, virtual, and gamification to meet objectives.
This position is not eligible for hybrid or remote work and will be on-site full time, Monday through Friday.
