Fashion Designer is responsible for executing the fashion design strategy for an organization. Creates and manages multiple fashion design projects from conceptualization to finished product and ensures projects are aligned with the brand's identity. Being a Fashion Designer presents design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders. Effectively communicates design details to the product development and production teams. Additionally, Fashion Designer determines final style, material, and color based on input from sales/marketing, merchandising, development, and manufacturing teams. Ensures fashion designs meet high-quality standards and adhere to approved guidelines. Keeps abreast of consumer needs and trends. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in apparel/fashion design or related field. Typically reports to a manager. The Fashion Designer work is closely managed. - Prepare sketches of ideas, detailed drawings, illustrations or blueprints using Adobe Illustrator
- Work with clients on the design and creative direction of their logos, signs, vehicle graphics, etc
- Create graphics from supplied resources, and or edit graphics to clients’ satisfaction.
- Prepare proofs, job inventory sheets, mock-ups, and install diagrams for jobs, as necessary
- Prepare design files for print / production.
- Manage daily work flow and deadlines and execute your share of daily jobs.

- Excellent attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Must be a quick thinker and resourceful.
- High positive energy and team oriented person
- Handle multiple projects at one time and communicate clearly
- 4 Year Degree in Graphic Arts, Design, or a Related Field
- Adobe Illustrator experience required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a high level of customer service to clients & your team.
- Strong time management skills to adhere to project completion deadlines. Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
- Ability to work well alone and with a team
- Ability to change gears quickly as needs change
