Fashion Designer is responsible for executing the fashion design strategy for an organization. Creates and manages multiple fashion design projects from conceptualization to finished product and ensures projects are aligned with the brand's identity. Being a Fashion Designer presents design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders. Effectively communicates design details to the product development and production teams. Additionally, Fashion Designer determines final style, material, and color based on input from sales/marketing, merchandising, development, and manufacturing teams. Ensures fashion designs meet high-quality standards and adhere to approved guidelines. Keeps abreast of consumer needs and trends. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in apparel/fashion design or related field. Typically reports to a manager. The Fashion Designer work is closely managed. We’re looking for you to join our team as a sales associate. In this role, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works — understanding our customers’ needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Our associates are dedicated to delivering exceptional and consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales growth in their store, and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment..
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store shopping experiences
- Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, uncovering needs, making product recommendations, and gathering customer information to support continued engagement
- Support product replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant
- Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation and marketing placement as neede
- Maintain our values, policies and procedures
