Job Summary:
We’re seeking a graphic designer to join our team. This individual is expected to create and collaborate, eager to share fresh ideas and advocate for our clients, in order to design a wide variety of engaging materials across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering your own creative ideas and executing the ideas of others, while demonstrating excellent attention to detail.

• Our team is currently utilizing a hybrid of remote and in-office framework.
• Starting at $18.00/hour. Based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to produce content, strategizing design choices.
• Communicating with clients about layout and design.
• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Mastery of industry-standard software: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.
• The ability to clearly communicate. I.e. The reasoning behind design choices.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Understanding of marketing, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

Additional Skills:
While not necessary in order to apply, preferred applicants will have proficiency in one or both of the following areas of practice:

• 2D Animation: A firm grasp on motion graphics, kinetic typography, character rigging, and Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro workflow.
• Web Design: Experience in design for web-based applications, generating web-optimized graphic assets, Adobe XD workflow, and familiarity with basic WordPress population and editing tools (no development knowledge required).
