FASHION DESIGNER DETAIL LIST

• Theme: Spring/Summer wear

• Price: Entry fee for being apart of the show $300-$500

• Pre-Show bidding: The pre-show bidding consists of VIP ticket buyers being able to buy your designs straight from your collection. This will happen an hour or two before the fashion show starts.

• VIP: As a designer you get 1-2 free VIP tickets for any guest you bring, VIP tickets come with free guaranteed parking in front of the venue, 2 free drinks, front row seating in the fashion show, a lanyard with the VIP credential, and a swag bag.

• Marketing: We will give you an interview and take pictures of you and your designs from our media team, we also will have your brand logo and or business site on banners posted all around the venue for the fashion show, we will make your own private flier for you to post on social media, your social media and or business website will be posted to our business website and our social media pages as well.

• Models: WE ARE PROVIDING MODELS - Depending on what price you pay and how many pieces you have will determine how many models you will have we are looking for a minimum of 5 pieces and a max of 10 pieces for models you will have 5-10 models for your time on the floor. Models will come with natural makeup and hair already done.

• Supplies: WE ARE PROVIDING SUPPLIES - We have clothing racks, hangars, steamer, private section for dressing room. If you shall need to request anything you may need please contact Ms.Glover or Mr.Anderson @agentashleynicole on Instagram, Or (470)808-2203.

• Media/Influencers: There will be magazine editors, photography, and videographer teams in attendance, as well as celebrity/influencers.

• Capacity: There will be 5-6 designers as well as 30-40 models in the back. We are setting up designated areas for each designer to limit crowdedness. Each wall will have your names displayed for your sections, we are also selling 275 tickets please invite friends and family out.

• Time/Deadline: ALL DESIGNERS please lock in contracts by March 6th. The DEADLINE for designers fee is March 10th. PLEASE make all designer fees before then to make a payment please text 470-808-2203 and the payment link will be sent. We will be setting up at 10:00 am and breaking down at 10:00 pm. The show starts and ends at 6:00 pm- 9:00pm
• Clothing type: Couture, Streetwear, Business, Creative. Spring Fashion !

• Post-show sale: you will be able to sell your collection to the entire audience during and towards the end of the fashion show.

• Location: We are hosting the fashion show at THE WEST SIDE WAREHOUSE: 996 HUFF RD NW, ATLANTA, GA 30318
