This Peer Support Counselor position will split time between three unique programs, including two brand-new programs starting in January 2024: a mobile MAT unit, which will provide medication assisted treatment for opioid use disorder to clients incarcerated at the Yakima County Justice Center and to other hard-to-access populations, and an urgent care walk-in clinic for primary care, which will be open to the general public with emphasis on supporting our existing behavioral healthcare clients.
