Pacific Facility Solutions is currently hiring for a full-time Maintenance Technician / Handyman to meet with our Tacoma, WA clients and complete a variety of assigned tasks. This skilled trade position earns $20-$40/hour, depending on experience, and typically works daytime hours, with some night and weekend work assigned as needed. REQUIREMENTS FOR A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN / HANDYMAN

• Minimum 5 years in building maintenance or construction trades
• Ability to plan and manage your workday, and can work independently
• Physically able to perform job-related tasks
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes throughout the day
• Current driver's license and good driving record required
• Carpentry and woodworking skills a must!
