About Commercial Maintenance Technician  Position
The Commercial Maintenance Technician  works independently providing routine building maintenance tasks or services for a predesignated route as well as responding to service calls, emergencies, and work orders at various commercial locations throughout the region. This position will perform building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g., carpentry; electrical and lighting repairs; ventilation, and minor air conditioning (HVAC); plumbing; painting, etc.).  Performs general cleaning and other tasks as assigned.  The Commercial Maintenance Technician position may be required to be on-call.
