FACILITIES SUPERVISOR supervises and coordinates the day-to-day maintenance and support of buildings, grounds, and facilities systems. Oversees staff installing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management. Being a FACILITIES SUPERVISOR tracks work orders and ensures work follows established service and quality standards for completion. Schedules and supervises preventative maintenance, painting, or carpentry projects. Additionally, FACILITIES SUPERVISOR maintains a safe and effective working environment that complies with regulations and laws. May coordinate work to be completed by contractors and skilled trades. Typically requires an associate degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor provides supervisory level work assignments. Chiefly, acts as coach, trainer, and leader building skill levels of all on crew by example and demonstration. Frequently performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on Hotel and Casino buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems. This position is a Shift Supervisor level position.

· Associate’s Degree in business, mechanical or electrical discipline or Related field– required
o ORTwo (2) years’ Supervisory experience– required
o OROne (1) year experience as a Dual-Rate Supervisor in a Wind Creek Hospitality Department– required
o ORTwo (2) years’ experience in the hiring position’s Department– required
· Must have at least seven (7) years of commercial property experience in maintaining or repairing of buildings, systems or equipment– required
