Job Opportunity: Full-time Facilities Cleaning Technician with tdg Facilities in Mason, OH

tdg Facilities is looking for a Full-time Facilities Cleaning Technician to help serve our education facility client. This role requires an incredible attention to detail and commitment to excellence. This position will be located in Mason, OH.

Pay Rate: Up to $16.00 per/hr.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2pm to 10:30pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work courteously with office/staff personnel
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly
• Clean, sanitize, and restock supplies
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors – including stairs, hallways, and commons areas
• Clean carpets and wax hard-surface floors
• Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and place in dumpster
• Wipe down doors and clean glass if applicable
• Other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Commercial janitorial experience a plus!
• Keen eye for detail
• Highly organized
• Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction
• Excellent time management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Great attitude
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening
