Our plant in Tomahawk, WI manufactures, finishes and ships composite and plastic parts to our final assembly plants. Join us as a Facilities Engineer.
The purpose of this position is to provide on-site Facilities maintenance and operations support services at the Harley-Davidson Motor Company Tomahawk Somo and Kaphaem manufacturing sites. This is a fully on-site role located in Tomahawk, Wisconsin. This role will have responsibility for the active oversight and management of Facilities operational support services by outside vendors and will actively collaborate on an as-assigned basis with Tomahawk manufacturing operations personnel related to systems and equipment operations and maintenance management. Additionally, this role will be responsible for complete Project Management of Facilities projects, including facilities infrastructure, facilities equipment, cosmetic, and other key construction related projects as assigned.
This role should be an individual with Facilities maintenance and operations background, specifically with experience in manufacturing facilities, and with Project or Program Management experience. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and able to work effectively independently and in a team environment with multiple overlapping priorities and deadlines.
This role reports into Central Facilities Operations, with secondary day-to-day accountability to Central Corporate Facilities Project Management and Local Tomahawk Plant Operations.
