Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Press Operator with experience in extrusion to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our extrusion press equipment to produce high-quality automotive components. Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate extrusion press equipment according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure components are produced to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment or production processes.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating extrusion press equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience with other types of manufacturing equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.58 - $24.00 per hour
