Can start immediately! Starting at $20/ hour, must be comfortable with a "flex" shift. Mainly first shift but may be required to work 2nd shift based on production needs.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate various equipment
• Collaborate with operators and shift supervisors to address production issues
• Inspect products to ensure compliance with specifications
• Report any issues or suggestions to the Production Manager
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment daily
• Adhere to safety guidelines and Nexans' standards
• Produce high-quality products according to work instructions and departmental guidance
• Follow Nexans' Code of Ethics and Business Conduct Standards

Expected Outcomes:

• Achieve KPIs for on-time delivery, variances, and first pass yield
• Meet customer deadlines
• Maintain a workplace free from accidents

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic mechanical skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Computer proficiency
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including overtime
• Proficiency with small hand tools and good eye-hand coordination

Job Type: Full-time
