Exploration Director directs and develops an organization's oil and gas exploration projects. Analyzes and evaluates the opportunities, risk and profits for oil and gas deposits exploration. Being an Exploration Director initiates exploration plans based on compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Directs geological and geophysical programs and may have oversight for land acquisition and leasing activities. Additionally, Exploration Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Exploration Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. We are here to cater to ALL experience-level adolescent artists. Staff lead campers through various structured art projects using diverse mediums and techniques.Beyond art, campers engage in enjoyable activities, from entertaining games, to hands-on arts and crafts, and classic camp pastimes. We believe in providing a comprehensive experience beyond the basics of drawing. Our unique approach includes immersive field trips, exposing campers to diverse art forms such as theater, dance, pottery and more. We strive to broaden their understanding of art, fostering an appreciation for its many facets. Job Description & Duties:
Direct Supervision and training of assistant directors and program leaders. Supervise approximately 5-6 staff and 30 students who sign up on a weekly basis. Directors will be responsible for the overall supervision and management of the camp. Duties will include staff supervision, evaluation of staff, enforcing camp rules and policies, communicating with parents, and creating a positive and safe environment for campers. Director must have knowledge in recreational and enrichment activities.

May 13- June 7 2024: Seasonal Director Training (20-40hrs/week), June 10-14, 2024: Staff Training week (40hrs), June 17-Aug16 (40hrs). Mondays-Fridays: 8:30am-4:30pm Weeks 1-3 at O'Keeffe Middle School, with a week in between to switch sites, Weeks 4-6 at Hamilton, followed by a one week Stem Camp from Aug 12-16.
