Exploration Director jobs in Enid, OK

Responsible for building a comprehensive campus plan for career exploration. This includes determining and developing effective tools and resources, as well as planning and executing training and programming for students, alumni, prospective students, faculty, and staff. This position will work closely with campus partners to engage and support students. Additionally, this position supports the OSU Career Services department and may require other duties as assigned.

The hours for this position are 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday through Friday, with an hour off for lunch between 11a and 1:30p, and occasional evening and weekend work.

Some physical activity is required. Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

Position Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

One year of experience working with students.

Ability to earn GCDF, CSP, or other related certifications within the first year of employment.

Excellent Public Speaking Skills
Resource/Curriculum development
Attention to detail
Strong collaboration skill

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years related experience OR Master's degree and 1 year related experience.

GCDF, CSP or other related certifications.
