Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Expo to join our dynamic team. As an Expo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of food from the kitchen to the guests' tables. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Expo will collaborate closely with the kitchen staff, servers, and management to uphold our standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and prioritize food orders to ensure timely delivery to guests
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of each dish before it leaves the kitchen
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain consistency and presentation standards
• Communicate effectively with servers to manage guest expectations and special requests
• Monitor and manage the pace of service to optimize guest satisfaction
• Uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support the overall operation of the restaurant

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age to apply
• Previous experience as an Expo or similar role in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
