ITT Goulds Pumps has exciting opportunities for individuals to join our Customer Service team in Seneca Falls, NY. Such individuals are needed to fulfill roles of Parts expeditor and Spare Parts coordinator.
These positions are instrumental with driving culture change within Operations in Seneca Falls by providing positive spotlight on Aftermarket sales orders with focus on eliminating delinquency and supporting OTP.
Primary responsibility will be to provide order status as required, work with the respective departments daily to ensure of order throughput as well as superior customer service.
Work closely with scheduling, purchasing, stockrooms, materials, quality assurance, shipping floors & operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
When necessary, act as the liaison between CSC & Operations.
