Expeditors will assist servers in ensuring that food is picked up from the line as soon as it is ready and delivered to guests in timely manner.
Major Responsibilities:
o Clearing certain items from tables when appropriate
o Clean tables after guests leave the establishment
o Understand restaurant layout in order for food to be delivered in the correct manner
o Communicate with all parts of the kitchen so food tickets are executed correctly
Knowledge & Skills:
o Expert communication skills
o Ability to gain and retain a strong knowledge of menu items
o Ability to multitask to ensure food is delivered in adequate time
