Directs the day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations governing nursing facilities, ensuring the highest level of quality care for residents and a safe, comfortable, supportive work environment for employees.
Qualifications:
· Current California NHA License
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration preferred
· Outstanding interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
· Ability to adapt communication style to that of others and deal kindly and professionally with patients, families, physicians, community resources and the public
· Supervisory success, leads by example with basic understanding of CA labor laws
· Servant leader, compassion for the elderly and sincere concern for the wellbeing of others
