The Maintenance Admin, in concert with the Maintenance Managers, is responsible for setting up monitoring and managing a maintenance management system for the company’s multiple sites. The position requires use of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). This includes the development, training and execution of PM scheduling and planning. This position is also responsible for maintaining equipment parts/asset inventory and history, ordering, and procuring PM related parts for multiple locations, rolling out standard workflows for work requests, and inspections, etc.
