Duties:
- Coordinate and oversee the administration of construction documentation
- Provide guidance to staff members and other job-site entities as it pertains to our documentation.
- Conduct regular assessments, as necessary, of the requirements related to documentation and close out of projects
- Collaborate with individuals in order to set up meetings and document reviews
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a construction setting
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
