Expatriate Administrator administers the human resources aspects of international employee placements. Responsible for obtaining visas, performing tax equalization and coordinating housing, benefits, and compensation packages. Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and manage daily operations of the ARF facility
- Develop and implement budgeting strategies to ensure financial stability
- Ensure the highest level of care for residents, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines
- Advocate for resident rights and promote a safe and supportive environment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Oversee services, including assistance with activities of daily living
- Coordinate with care providers to ensure seamless transitions for residents
- Ensure proper medication administration and adherence to medication protocols
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or ARF (Adult Residential Facility) setting
- Strong knowledge of budgeting principles and financial management
- Familiarity with regulations and guidelines related to ARF (Adult Residential Facility)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
- Proficiency in computer systems and software used in healthcare administration
-Must have a current ARF Administrator Certificate
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
