Works with relocation firms, international agencies, and government officials. Additionally, Expatriate Administration Supervisor typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Expatriate Administration Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Expatriate Administration Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. The Care Transition Associate performs a variety of patient-centered administrative tasks to support care coordination within acute care hospital hubs. This care transition work is focused on post-acute care needs for patients requiring home health, hospice, home infusion and home medical equipment. Support patients and families with their specific discharge plan and plan of care for home health and hospice referrals.

Required Qualifications:
Associate's Degree or high school diploma or equivalent plus four years of work experience is equivalent to the Associate's degree
Demonstrated work experience with patients and families
Work experience, preferably in health care setting, providing customer service and administrative support to professionals
Preferred Qualifications:
Medical Terminology
Healthcare training
Educational courses in healthcare
MS Word and Excel software programs
Experience with Epic electronic medical records (EMR)
