Works with relocation firms, international agencies, and government officials. Additionally, Expatriate Administration Supervisor typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Expatriate Administration Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Expatriate Administration Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. The Supervisor of Database Administration is an integral part of Latham’s Technology team. This role will be responsible for supervising a team of database administrators, including the design, implementation, and maintenance, of the database platforms for firmwide use, while supervising, training, and coaching the Database Administration team members and leading them in their professional development endeavors. This role will be located in our Global Services Office, situated in downtown LA.
