    Summary

    This position is responsible for handling guide, training staffs overall billing of AP & AR payment on invoices for carriers and customer. Solving all aspects of issues on billing sides(ap & a/r) and maintaining upkeep of invoice and proof of delivery processes for outbound deliveries and inbound material shipments. Providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports from the systems such as statistical data of damages, delivery status, and budgets. And maintaining good relationships between the vendor(s) and Hyundai(customers).

    $72k-$85k/Year (Subject to change via compensation study)

    Responsibilities

    • Will be functioning as backup/supporting role of manager(HoT) and supervising all team members by mentoring and monitoring
      • Most knowledgeable on all aspects of billing process, HT sap, Glovis SAP and TMS
      • Act as key person in between HT and MQ admin team and will be responsible for verifying new rates and guide staffs
      • Requires auditing large quantities of invoices (both in and outbound), updating carriers with aging reports for past due payments, and verifying rates on imported materials
      • Be involved in newly launched inbound TMS system implementation to stabilize the system within the Glovis
      • Analyze and review all AP accounts and reconciliation whenever there is payment issue
      • CRM Tracking website upkeep with Invoice and Proof of Delivery processing and reconciliation
      • Request, receive and analyze reports and data received from 3PL vendor(s)Conduct analysis and provide statistical information on the tracking of product shipment
      • Perform all data reconciliation with proprietary systems
      • Assist in the logistics system process to ensure problem resolution, efficiency, and improved distribution
    • Plan and supervise the work load between admin specialists by understanding work load of each accounts and train staff for new accounts
      • Be involved in Newly launched inbound TMS system implementation to stabilize the system within Glovis
      • Review invoice data for accounting on Trinion and Mdd deliveries. Sending reports to Management and Head of the Department for review
      • Work with accounting to verify and predict what all expenses will be as well as providing sufficient evidence
      • Prepare monthly reports for accounting, upper management, and division head regarding the amount of damage claims, costs to HT, and recovered amounts from damages
      • Requires upkeep of damage tracking per trailer and invoice tracking for damages per carrier. The data allows us to review our carrier's overall performance at the end of each month
    • Prepare, review, and audit all data entry (rates, GL code, Freight code, etc.) for month-end closing
      • Handle guide, train sub-ordinate overall billing for inbound, Outbound and Pass thru charges
      • Prepare month-end report including Journal Entry preparation
