Works with relocation firms, international agencies, and government officials. Additionally, Expatriate Administration Manager acts as advisor to expatriate administration team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to head of a unit/department. The Expatriate Administration Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Summary:
This position is in the Contract Administration Group reporting to the Sr. Director of Contract Administration and supports the Crude and Produced Water Commercial Group. The position involves leading other administrators in all aspects of performing Contract Administration for the Crude/Water business line which includes gathering, long-haul pipeline and terminal assets along with the marketing function.

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 8 years experience in the industry in lieu of a degree
· 8 years of experience including 7 years of Industry or Contract Management experience preferred for all applicants
· Strong Word & Excel skills
· Strong computer and research skills
· Strong organizational skills
