Expatriate Administration Manager manages the human resources aspects of international employee placements. Develops and implements policies and procedures for placing expatriates. Being an Expatriate Administration Manager oversees visa procurement, tax equalization and coordination of housing, benefits, and compensation packages. Works with relocation firms, international agencies, and government officials. Additionally, Expatriate Administration Manager acts as advisor to expatriate administration team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Requires a bachelor's degree. In the administrative capacity, he/she will ensure that the Division VP and his/her leadership team are engaged on the appropriate priorities on a day-to-day basis.
On a project management front, the Division Administrative Assistant will operate as a liaison to a variety of strategic and operational initiatives, internal and external deliverables, and special projects, working with the Division VP’s leadership team and key constituents across the organization.
