In collaboration with Terrain leadership, a Display coordinator creates an emotionally engaging environment through visual artistry and servicing the customer.
They are responsible for supporting the visual display process and contribute to supporting merchandising and daily procedures.

VISUAL LEADERSHIP : mentors the team through training visual expectations, product standards, and materials / tool management;
contributes to store meetings by sharing inspiration, new ideas, and pertinent brand visual information with the team
Visual Business Operations
prioritizes projects and monitors progress with timelines while staying within visual budget
VISUAL ENVIRONMENT : applies seasonal direction and inspiration provided by the Home Office to meet the unique needs of the store;
establishes signage and fixtures that uphold presentation standards
DAILY PROCESSES : supports daily operating processes such as installing visual displays , merchandising product , maintaining store standards, restocking product, and helping with day to day visual needs
Communication Relationships
COMMUNICATION LOOP : checks in with leadership to maintain communication and teamwork on completing store objectives; demonstrates adaptability by redirecting priorities as needed
