Description
Hello! And thank you for your interest in working with Children’s Museum of Atlanta. We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3), and the the only educational venue of its kind in Atlanta. Through community outreach initiatives, educational programs, and exhibits designed for children ages 0–8, the Museum strives to spark every child’s imagination, sense of discovery and learning through the power of play.
A day in the Museum as an Exhibit Experience Support team member begins in our team huddle where information is shared about the activities of the day, field trips that may be visiting, other Museum updates, and questions are answered. Then it is off to the Museum floor, where you will help provide a clean, fun, safe and welcoming environment for all Museum guests and members in exhibit floor spaces. You may help someone find the snack area and let them know when story time begins at the stage, or direct guests to the science bar. After your lunch break, you will re-join your team on the floor and continue to provide a clean, fun, safe and welcoming environment with a whole different group of guests. At the end of the day, you will gather with the team for end of day huddle.
We can't wait to hear from you!
