Position Summary: Southeastern Michigan Health Association (SEMHA) is looking for an energetic, passionate Exercise Specialist to work with the Fit Kids 360 program at Kids Heath Connection organization(non-profit) . The Fit Kids 360 program focuses on childhood obesity intervention, that targets children 5-17 years old who have a Body Mass Index in the 85th percentile or above and are referred by their primary care physician.
