EXERCISE SPECIALIST (Degreed)

REBOUND is looking for a trained EXERCISE SPECIALIST with a degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology or Kinesiology! We have watched our program grow quickly over the past year, and we are now very excited to be expanding our team! We need someone comfortable working with members and/or with group exercise classes.

This position will start part-time and gradually build into a full-time position quickly.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Excellent Service - Drive our skills UP with excellent service.
• Client Progression - clients' goals are working, individually or group training.
• Schedules - Be patience with our system as we handle cancellations & no-shows.
• Current Client Census - Rebound Programs are useful for Health & Wellness.
• Educate and Train - clients use help with proper exercise & healthy eating habits.
• Documentation & Invoicing - Accurate, complete documentation and invoicing.
• Complete free screenings, - V02s used for patient's current status.
• Management by Statistics - Personal statistical reporting.
• Health & Wellness Director - Report weekly production for next week's status.
• Communicate - Everyone must resolve positive outcomes and solutions.
• Maintain Professional Standards -* Attitude*: professional relationships; laws; rules; regulations; code of ethics; policies and procedures.
• Promotional Activities - Promotional activities will drive new members to Rebound.
• Work with Director - to debug areas and prevent expansion of clinic programs.

YOUR WORKDAY:

• Perform medium to heavy work.
• Stand and walk frequently, sit intermittently.
• Stoops, kneels, turns, and bends at the waist - frequent patient treatment.
• Lifts occasionally 100 pounds maximum.
• Clear vision to see and read - such as paper, computer screens, keyboards.
• Hearing required - listen to those related job tasks done by phone or in person.
• Finger dexterity - eye/hand coordination, gross & fine motor skills performed.

HOURS of OPERATION - We are open Monday through Friday, 7am to 6pm, but you have the flexibility to set up your schedule based upon the needs of each client.
