The Steward is responsible for performing F&B inventory duties by receiving and storing of all food, supplies, and necessary materials for the kitchen department. Provides internal guest service by effectively communicating with kitchen staff to ensure daily orders are fulfilled for various department, assists with daily inventory and maintains an organized and sanitary storage area. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager. Starts at $18.26/hr and increases to $19.13/hr at successful completion of 90-day orientation period.
