We are a growing restaurant group with multiple concepts in southern California. Because of our growth, we are looking for an entry level sous chef to join our team at one of our restaurants in Los Angeles.
We are hoping to find a passionate sous chef that has some experience with the administrative part of being a sous chef (ordering, scheduling, assisting with inventory). We have very strong training programs so just a small foundation in this would be great. Our food is always seasonally forward, menu changes often and we welcome the voice of all of our management when it comes to how to improve anything we do.
