Executive Response Specialist provides timely resolutions to customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Coordinates with product/service suppliers and/or contact center staff to research and determine validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints. Being an Executive Response Specialist reviews the underlying facts of the complaint, determines an appropriate solution, and delivers the response to the customer. Requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered, well developed customer service skills, and clear understanding of the company's policy regarding complaints. Additionally, Executive Response Specialist exercises a large degree individual discretion and judgement. Tracks complaints and makes recommendations to management designed to reduce the number of complaints. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Executive Response Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Inside Sales Account Rep Specialist

    • Nurture a high volume of accounts; upsell/cross-sell/activate existing and new accounts
    • Has end-to-end sales responsibility for portfolio or territory on pipeline origination, pipeline progression, pipeline close, and post-close acct management.
    • May create customized pricing, quotes, and contracts using online applications
    • Qualify Sales Development Representatives' leads
    • Participate in client management calls
    • Retain and grow revenue within your accounts
    • Develop an understanding of our partners' business goals and turn data into compelling stories and useful insights to help them succeed
    • Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships
    • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally to leadership
    • Consult with partners that are out in the field and can either be client partners or outside third-party vendors
    • Document all aspects of the sales cycle in a variety of CRMs and be able to use LinkedIn to identify potential targets
    • Participate in the development of materials needed for campaign/ program

    Basic Qualifications

    • Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle sales experience
    • Minimum of 2 years of cloud sales experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Experience with CNAPP, Cybersecurity and DevOps
    • Prior inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling
    • Experience in technology and technology sales experience
    • Has quota-based sales experience with sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion
    • Specific knowledge of the IT and cloud- based technology industry
    • Interest in expanding industry knowledge through training and certifications
    • Commitment to in-depth, structured sales training and processes

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.

    California $67,900 to $156,500

    Colorado $67,900 to $135,200

    New York - Albany $62,900 to $125,200

    New York City $78,600 to $156,500

    Washington $72,300 to $144,000
